FlashPlugin for UIQ3 smartphones

After installing it on my w960i, I still can't see the flash on youtube pages.
It's totally black, and I am sure I did check "allow plugins."
Can anyone tell me why?
My UIQ3 is the newest version.
Even the built-in opera (8.65) is the same. My cellphone was even stuck
when I choose to play the movies on youtube.

This is only lite flash. It can't play flv from youtube. If you wish test works your flash-plugin installation or not, you can use a small swf file (for example: http://agathosyne.de/files_ext/clock.swf)

Latest Opera mini doesn't have "allow plugins" setting anymore. Or have I missed it. So this no longer works in latest version?
